Finding Faith in Your Darkest Hour

Today, we’re discussing a topic that resonates deeply with many of us, especially those going through challenging times: holding onto faith in your darkest hour. How do you maintain faith when everything around you seems to be falling apart?

The Importance of Faith

Faith is a powerful force. It’s that unwavering belief that despite how things appear, there’s a greater plan at work. In your financial journey, faith plays a crucial role in your abundance.

I’ve seen this in my own life time and time again. Before things fall into place, they often appear to be falling apart. Faith helps you navigate through those periods.

When you are in the midst of financial uncertainty, it’s easy to succumb to fear and doubt. However, faith acts as a stabilizing force, allowing you to remain focused on your goals and trust in the process.

This belief in a greater plan can provide the motivation and resilience needed to persevere through tough times, ultimately leading to greater financial success and personal fulfillment.

Faith isn’t a passive state that happens automatically; it’s like a muscle that needs to be developed and practiced daily. Think of it like going to the gym.

If you haven’t exercised in a while, lifting heavy weights will be challenging. But if you go regularly and build your strength, you’ll be able to handle more weight over time. Faith works the same way. It requires consistent effort and dedication to nurture and strengthen it.

Just as you would follow a workout routine to build physical strength, incorporating practices such as meditation, prayer, and positive affirmations into your daily life can help you build and maintain your faith. Over time, this strong foundation of faith can empower you to face any challenges that come your way with confidence and grace.

My Personal Journey with Faith

In the last few months, I’ve faced significant challenges in both my business and personal life. Yet, I’m here today because holding onto my faith helped me navigate through those darkest times.

Even now, some aspects of my life are still in pitch-black darkness. Every day, I navigate through this darkness, holding onto faith.

During these trying periods, faith has been my guiding light, providing me with the strength and determination to keep moving forward. It has reminded me that no matter how bleak things may seem, there is always hope and a path to better days ahead.

One of the most challenging times in my life was during my second divorce. I had two young children and was financially strained, living in one of the poorest boroughs in London.

Despite the dire circumstances, my faith helped me get through that time and reach where I am today. If it can happen for me, it can happen for you too.

During this period, my faith was tested in ways I never imagined. However, by consistently turning to my faith and relying on its strength, I was able to overcome these obstacles and build a better life for myself and my children.

My journey serves as a testament to the power of faith and its ability to transform even the most challenging situations into opportunities for growth and renewal.

Building Faith: Practical Steps

  1. Daily Affirmations: Start your day with affirmations. Remind yourself of your strength, worth, and ability to overcome obstacles. Affirmations like “I trust the universe to provide for me” or “Every day in every way, I’m getting better and better” can reinforce your faith. The best times to practice affirmations are first thing in the morning and last thing at night.
  2. Visualization: Spend a few minutes each day visualizing the life you want to live. See yourself in abundance, outside of your current challenges. Visualize your desired outcomes as already achieved.
  3. Gratitude Practice: Even in your darkest moments, there are things to be grateful for. A gratitude practice can shift your focus from what’s going wrong to what’s going right. List the things you’re thankful for every day, no matter how small.
  4. Prayer and Meditation: Building a relationship with a higher power through prayer or meditation can provide immense comfort and strength. Whether it’s a religious practice or a spiritual one, connecting with a divine source can deepen your faith.

Conclusion

Holding onto faith in your darkest hour is crucial for navigating life’s challenges. Faith is not just about believing in a higher power but also believing in yourself. By incorporating daily affirmations, visualization, gratitude practice, and spiritual connections into your routine, you can strengthen your faith muscle and face any challenge with resilience.

Remember, faith is dynamic and active. It requires practice and dedication. As you build your faith, you’ll find that it becomes a guiding light, helping you navigate through the darkest times and leading you towards abundance and fulfillment.

Stay strong and keep the faith.

The Connection between Self-Image and Success

In this insightful blog, we will delve into the intricate relationship between the way we perceive ourselves and our ability to achieve financial prosperity through a healthy money mindset.

Are you ready to embark on a transformative journey where your self-image becomes a catalyst for your financial success? Brace yourself for a mind-shifting exploration as we uncover the hidden dynamics at play within your subconscious mind. Together, we will unlock the secrets to aligning your self-image with your financial aspirations and harnessing the power of a positive money mindset.

Understanding the Power of Self-Image

Before we delve into the interplay between self-image and financial success, let us take a moment to grasp the essence of what self-image truly represents.

Our self-image serves as the foundation upon which we build our financial reality. It is the lens through which we perceive our capabilities, worthiness, and potential for success. When our self-image is rooted in confidence, self-belief, and a deep sense of deservingness, we naturally attract opportunities and make choices that align with our financial goals.

Consider the analogy of a thermostat. Just as a thermostat regulates the temperature in a room, our self-image regulates our financial outcomes. If our self-image is set at a low level, like a thermostat programmed to maintain a chilly temperature, we will find ourselves consistently experiencing financial struggle and limitations. However, when we raise our self-image to a higher level, like adjusting the thermostat to a warm and comfortable setting, we open ourselves up to new possibilities and effortlessly manifest greater financial abundance.

Our self-image shapes our thoughts, beliefs, and emotions related to money. If we harbor deep-seated beliefs of unworthiness, scarcity, or fear around money, our financial reality will mirror these limitations. On the other hand, a positive self-image empowers us to believe in our abilities, trust our instincts, and take inspired action towards our financial goals. It sets the stage for prosperity by aligning our subconscious mind with thoughts of abundance, wealth, and financial freedom.

It is important to note that our self-image is not solely determined by external factors such as our upbringing or societal influences. While these factors play a significant role in shaping our initial self-perception, we have the power to consciously cultivate a positive self-image that propels us towards financial success. Through self-awareness, introspection, and intentional mindset work, we can reshape our self-image to reflect our true potential and aspirations.

The Role of Self-Image in Money Mindset

When it comes to our financial well-being, our self-image exerts a powerful influence on our money mindset. The way we perceive our worthiness, capabilities, and deservingness of financial abundance shapes our beliefs and behaviors surrounding money. It sets the boundaries within which we operate, either expanding our possibilities or constraining our potential for financial success.

If we hold a negative self-image—one characterized by self-doubt, feelings of unworthiness, or a fear of failure—we are likely to sabotage our financial endeavors. Our subconscious mind, which is programmed by our self-image, seeks to maintain consistency between our beliefs and our reality. Consequently, it will manifest circumstances that align with our negative self-perception, perpetuating a cycle of financial struggle and limitations.

Conversely, a positive self-image serves as a catalyst for financial empowerment. When we cultivate a self-image rooted in confidence, abundance, and worthiness, our money mindset undergoes a profound transformation. We become open to receiving financial abundance, make empowered decisions, and take inspired action towards achieving our financial goals.

Unleashing Your Financial Potential Through Self-Image Transformation

To truly harness the power of self-image for financial success, it is essential to engage in a deliberate and transformative process of self-image rewiring. This process involves shedding old, limiting beliefs and replacing them with empowering thoughts, attitudes, and behaviors that align with our desired financial outcomes.

  1. Cultivating Self-Awareness: The first step towards self-image transformation is developing a deep sense of self-awareness. Take time to reflect on your current beliefs, perceptions, and attitudes towards money. Identify any self-limiting beliefs that may be holding you back from achieving financial success. Journaling, meditation, and seeking the guidance of a coach or mentor can help facilitate this process of self-discovery.
  2. Challenging Limiting Beliefs: Once you have identified your limiting beliefs, it’s time to challenge and reframe them. Ask yourself if these beliefs are serving you or hindering your progress. Replace negative, scarcity-based thoughts with affirmations and positive statements that reinforce abundance and financial empowerment. Repeat these affirmations daily to reprogram your subconscious mind.
  3. Surrounding Yourself with Positive Influences: Surrounding yourself with individuals who embody a positive money mindset can have a profound impact on your own beliefs and behaviors. Seek out mentors, join supportive communities, and engage in conversations with like-minded individuals who inspire and uplift you. Their positive energy and success stories will help reinforce your own belief in your financial potential.
  4. Embracing Growth Mindset: Adopting a growth mindset is crucial for transforming your self-image. Understand that failures and setbacks are opportunities for growth and learning. Embrace challenges as stepping stones to success rather than obstacles to be feared. Celebrate your progress and view every financial endeavor as a chance to expand your capabilities and achieve greater heights.
  5. Visualizing Success: Visualization is a powerful tool for rewiring your self-image. Take time each day to visualize yourself living the financial success you desire. Imagine the emotions, experiences, and freedoms associated with your financial goals. Engage all your senses and immerse yourself in the vivid imagery of your future success. This practice helps align your subconscious mind with your desired outcomes, making them feel attainable and within your grasp.
  6. Taking Aligned Action: While mindset work is essential, it must be accompanied by aligned action. Set clear financial goals and break them down into actionable steps. Develop a strategic plan and take consistent, intentional action towards your objectives. Each step forward reinforces your belief in your ability to achieve financial success, solidifying your new self-image.

Remember, transforming your self-image takes time and commitment. Be patient with yourself and practice self-compassion throughout the journey. Celebrate your progress, no matter how small, and keep pushing yourself to reach new heights.

Conclusion

Congratulations on taking the first step towards unlocking the profound connection between self-image and success. In this introductory blog, we delved into the concept of self-image and its powerful influence on our financial well-being. We discovered that our self-image acts as a blueprint, shaping our thoughts, decisions, and actions, including those related to money.

Recognizing the pivotal role of self-image in our money mindset is crucial for achieving financial success. Our beliefs and perceptions about ourselves directly impact our financial behaviors, either limiting or expanding our possibilities. However, we have the power to reshape our self-image and align it with our financial aspirations. Get ready to break free from the constraints of a limited self-image and embrace a new paradigm of financial abundance. Together, we will unlock the dormant potential within, activate a positive money mindset, and propel ourselves towards the financial success we truly deserve

Casting Your Burden onto Divine Source Energy

Do you ever feel overwhelmed by the challenges of life? Do you find yourself worrying about the future and struggling to let go of negative thoughts and emotions? If so, you’re not alone. Many of us experience these feelings at some point in our lives. But what if there was a way to release our burdens and find peace, joy, and abundance? In this post, we will explore the power of surrendering our worries and fears to a higher power – Divine Source Energy – and trusting that everything will work out for our highest good.

What is Divine Source Energy?

Before we can understand how to tap into the power of Divine Source Energy, we must first define what it is.  Divine Source Energy is a concept that has been recognized by many different cultures and belief systems throughout history. Some call it the universe, others refer to it as God, and still, others describe it as an all-encompassing life force energy that is present in all things.

At its core, Divine Source Energy is the energy that connects all of us to each other and to the universe. It is the energy that gives life to all things and provides the spark that drives us forward in our lives.Ultimately, the power of Divine Source Energy is available to all of us. By opening ourselves up to this energy and trusting in the wisdom of the universe, we can find peace, joy, and abundance in our lives. We can overcome obstacles and challenges and create a reality that aligns with our deepest desires.

Tapping into the Power of Divine Source Energy

One of the most powerful ways to tap into the power of Divine Source Energy is through meditation. By quieting our minds and focusing on the present moment, we can connect with this energy and experience a sense of oneness with the universe. This allows us to release our worries and fears and allow ourselves to be guided by the wisdom of the universe. It can also help us to develop a deeper sense of intuition and to connect with our inner wisdom.

Visualization is another effective tool for tapping into the power of Divine Source Energy. By creating a mental image of our desired outcome and focusing on the positive emotions associated with that outcome, we can attract positive energy into our lives. This technique can be particularly effective in manifesting our desires and creating a reality that aligns with our deepest desires. By visualizing our goals and dreams, we can attract the right people, opportunities, and circumstances into our lives to help us achieve them.

Prayer is another way to tap into the power of Divine Source Energy. By expressing gratitude for the blessings in our lives and asking for guidance and support, we can connect with the divine and receive the help we need to overcome obstacles and challenges. Prayer can also help us to cultivate a sense of peace and serenity, and to develop a deeper sense of faith and trust in the universe.

Letting Go of Negative Emotions and Beliefs

Negative emotions and beliefs can weigh us down, making it difficult to connect with Divine Source Energy. They can cause us to feel stuck, anxious, and uncertain, preventing us from experiencing the abundance and joy that life has to offer. That’s why it’s important to let go of these negative emotions and beliefs and replace them with positive ones.

One effective way to release negative emotions is through journaling. Writing down your thoughts and feelings can help you gain clarity and perspective on the situation. It can also help you identify any patterns or beliefs that may be holding you back. By acknowledging these negative emotions and beliefs, you can begin to let go of them and create space for positivity to flow in.

Another useful tool for letting go of negative emotions and beliefs is affirmations. Affirmations are positive statements that you repeat to yourself to create a new belief or perspective. For example, if you struggle with feelings of unworthiness, you could repeat the affirmation, “I am worthy of love and abundance.” By repeating this affirmation regularly, you begin to shift your mindset and replace negative beliefs with positive ones.

Forgiveness exercises can also be helpful in releasing negative emotions and beliefs. When we hold onto grudges and resentments, we create a negative energy that can impact our well-being and relationships. By forgiving ourselves and others, we release this negative energy and open ourselves up to love and positivity. This doesn’t mean that we condone or excuse hurtful behavior, but rather that we release the negative emotions that are holding us back.

By letting go of negative emotions and beliefs, we create space for positive energy to flow in. We open ourselves up to new possibilities and opportunities, and we become more receptive to the guidance and inspiration of Divine Source Energy. So take some time to reflect on any negative emotions or beliefs that may be holding you back, and begin to release them through journaling, affirmations, or forgiveness exercises.

Applying Divine Source Energy to Specific Challenges

When faced with a specific challenge, it’s important to remember that Divine Source Energy is always available to us. By using the power of this energy, we can tap into an infinite source of wisdom, guidance, and support.

For example, let’s say you’re experiencing financial struggles. Perhaps you’ve lost your job, or unexpected expenses have left you feeling overwhelmed. Instead of allowing fear and stress to take over, you can use Divine Source Energy to find a solution.

One way to apply Divine Source Energy to financial challenges is to visualize abundance and prosperity. Take some time to sit in a quiet space and envision yourself in a state of financial abundance. See yourself with all the money you need to live a comfortable life, and feel the emotions associated with this abundance. As you do this, you are sending out a powerful signal to the universe that you are ready to receive financial abundance.

Another way to apply Divine Source Energy to specific challenges is through prayer. When we pray, we are opening ourselves up to the wisdom and guidance of a higher power. By asking for help and guidance, we are surrendering our fears and worries and allowing Divine Source Energy to work on our behalf.

If you’re struggling with a difficult relationship, you can use Divine Source Energy to create a positive outcome. Instead of focusing on what’s wrong with the relationship, focus on what you want to see happen. Envision yourself in a loving, supportive relationship and feel the emotions associated with this vision. As you do this, you are sending out a powerful signal to the universe that you are ready to receive a positive outcome in your relationship.

In the case of health issues, Divine Source Energy can be used to promote healing and well-being. By visualizing yourself in a state of perfect health, you are sending a powerful message to your body that it is capable of healing itself. Combine this with proper medical care and a healthy lifestyle, and you can give yourself the best possible chance of overcoming any health challenge.

Conclusion

In our fast-paced, modern world, it’s easy to get lost in the chaos and lose sight of the bigger picture. We can become overwhelmed by the challenges and struggles that we face in our daily lives. It’s in these moments that we need to remember the power of Divine Source Energy and the transformative effect it can have on our lives.

As we’ve discussed in this post, tapping into the power of Divine Source Energy can be done through various practices, including meditation, visualization, and prayer. By quieting our minds and focusing on the present moment, we can connect with this universal life force energy and access its infinite potential.

But accessing Divine Source Energy is only the first step. We must also learn to let go of negative emotions and beliefs that can hold us back from living our best lives. By using techniques such as journaling, affirmations, and forgiveness exercises, we can release these limiting beliefs and replace them with positive ones that align with our desires.

Once we’ve cleared the way for positive energy to flow in, we can apply the power of Divine Source Energy to any challenge we face in life. Whether it’s a difficult relationship, financial struggles, or health issues, we can focus on positive outcomes and visualize success, creating a reality that aligns with our desires.

In conclusion, surrendering our worries and fears to Divine Source Energy can be a transformative experience that brings peace, joy, and abundance into our lives. So why not try the practical exercises discussed in this post and start tapping into the power of Divine Source Energy today?  The journey may not be easy, but the rewards are immeasurable.

Women, Money, and Feminine Energy

In today’s world, both men and women face unique challenges when it comes to managing their finances while nurturing their personal lives. Women often struggle with balancing their careers and family life, while men may find it difficult to maintain their role as providers and protectors. However, with the right mindset and strategies, it is possible to take control of your financial well-being while nurturing your personal life. As a money mindset coach, I believe it’s crucial for women to understand the relationship between money and their feminine energy. In this post, I’ll share my personal experiences with financial abuse and finding balance between my femininity and financial independence.

The Importance of Understanding the Relationship Between Women, Money, and Feminine Energy

The way we perceive money is deeply intertwined with our beliefs about ourselves and our worth as women. Society has taught us that money is a symbol of power and success, and for a long time, women were not encouraged to take control of their finances. However, things are changing, and it’s now more important than ever for women to understand the role that money plays in their lives and how it’s linked to their feminine energy.

Money and femininity are not mutually exclusive. Women can be feminine and powerful, and they can also be financially independent. In fact, embracing your femininity can help you be more successful with money. As women, we have unique skills and traits that can help us succeed, such as empathy, intuition, and collaboration.

To understand the relationship between women, money, and feminine energy, it’s essential to first understand your own relationship with money. Take some time to reflect on your beliefs about money and where they come from. Are you comfortable talking about money? Do you feel confident making financial decisions? By understanding your own relationship with money, you can start to see how it’s linked to your feminine energy.

My Personal Experiences with Financial Abuse and Finding Balance

I’ve experienced financial abuse from both my first and second husbands, which has made me realize the importance of financial independence. In my first marriage, my husband became highly abusive and controlling towards me and our finances because he was uncomfortable with me being the breadwinner. In my second marriage, my husband forced me to accept his girlfriend as his second wife, and I had to give up my financial independence to keep a roof over my head.

These experiences have taught me the importance of finding a balance between my femininity and financial independence. It’s essential to embrace my feminine energy while also taking control of my finances. I’ve learned that financial independence is not just about providing for myself but also having the freedom to live my life on my terms.

The Power of Feminine Energy in Financial Planning

Feminine energy is a powerful force that has the potential to transform every aspect of our lives, including our finances. Feminine energy is often associated with nurturing, intuition, creativity, and collaboration. It is a force that helps us connect with our emotions and inner wisdom, which enables us to make better decisions.

In financial planning, feminine energy can help us create a balanced and holistic approach to our finances. It can help us connect with our values and priorities, which enables us to make better financial decisions. Additionally, feminine energy can help us develop healthy relationships with money and overcome any limiting beliefs that prevent us from achieving financial success.

Embracing Your Feminine Energy While Taking Control of Your Finances

Many women struggle with the idea of financial independence because they fear that it might make them seem less feminine or even threaten their relationships. However, it’s essential to understand that financial independence doesn’t have to compromise your femininity or your relationships. Instead, it can be a source of empowerment and freedom that allows you to take charge of your life on your own terms.

To achieve this balance, it’s crucial to understand the role that feminine energy plays in our financial lives. Feminine energy is often associated with qualities such as empathy, compassion, intuition, and nurturing. These qualities can be extremely beneficial in managing our finances, such as having empathy for others’ financial situations or using intuition to make sound financial decisions.

At the same time, it’s important not to allow these qualities to make you vulnerable to financial abuse or manipulation. It’s essential to be assertive, set boundaries, and stand up for yourself when it comes to your finances. This doesn’t mean you have to be aggressive or masculine, but rather assertive in a way that’s true to your feminine energy.

One way to embrace both your femininity and financial independence is by reframing the way you view money. Instead of seeing it as a source of power or control, see it as a tool that can be used to create the life you desire. By doing so, you can align your financial goals with your values and use your money to create a life that feels authentic and fulfilling.

Another way to balance feminine energy and financial independence is by seeking out support and resources that align with your values. For example, finding a financial advisor who understands the importance of balancing femininity and financial independence can be extremely beneficial. Additionally, surrounding yourself with a community of like-minded women who share your values can provide a supportive and empowering environment to help you achieve your financial goals.

Balancing Career Breaks

Career breaks can be beneficial for women who have children, as it can provide them with the time and space to concentrate on their personal life. However, it’s essential to balance this break with your career, especially when it comes to finances. Women who take a career break may face challenges when returning to work, such as earning less or being overlooked for promotions.

It’s important to ensure that you’re financially stable during your career break, and this can be achieved through saving and investing. By developing a financial plan and being disciplined with your money, you can ensure that you have the financial resources you need during your break and when you return to work.

It’s also essential to create a relaxed environment during your career break, especially if you have children. Stressful situations, such as reading depositions while trying to put a baby to sleep, can negatively affect both you and your child. It’s important to prioritize your personal life during this time and ensure that you have a healthy work-life balance.

Embracing Masculine Energy as a Provider and Protector

For men, there comes a time when you need to be the provider and protector of your family. It’s essential to educate yourself about money and develop the right understanding of it. Both men and women need to have a healthy relationship with money at certain periods in their lives.

For men, regardless of age, it’s time to step into your masculine energy and fulfill your role as a provider and protector. Being responsible for the financial well-being of your family can be a significant source of pride and fulfillment.

Developing a Healthy Relationship with Money

Your relationship with money is crucial in achieving financial independence. Many people grow up with certain beliefs and attitudes towards money that may be limiting and prevent them from achieving their financial goals. This is where working on your money mindset comes in.

It involves identifying and letting go of any limiting beliefs you have about money and adopting new, positive beliefs that align with your financial goals.

For example, if you have a belief that “money is the root of all evil,” it may be challenging to achieve financial success because your subconscious mind will always be working against you. You can replace this belief with a positive one such as “money is a tool to create a better life for myself and my loved ones.”

Developing a healthy relationship with money involves understanding that money is not just about accumulation, but about the positive impact it can have on your life and the lives of others. When you view money as a tool to create a fulfilling life, it becomes easier to manage it and make decisions that align with your financial goals.

Another way to develop a healthy relationship with money is by practicing gratitude. Focus on what you have, rather than what you don’t have. This helps you cultivate a sense of abundance and attract more prosperity into your life.

Additionally, it’s crucial to develop a financial plan that aligns with your values and priorities. This plan should include short-term and long-term financial goals, a budget, and a plan for unexpected expenses.

Conclusion

Understanding money and how it relates to different periods in our lives is crucial for our financial well-being. It’s essential to educate ourselves about money, take care of ourselves during career breaks, and embrace our feminine or masculine energy as appropriate. By doing so, we can achieve financial success and fulfillment while living our lives to the fullest.

Achieving financial independence is possible for anyone, regardless of their gender. However, as a woman, it’s essential to understand the relationship between money and feminine energy and find a balance between the two.

This involves embracing your femininity while also taking control of your finances, becoming financially literate, working on your money mindset, and developing a healthy relationship with money. Additionally, surrounding yourself with a supportive community can help you stay motivated and on track towards your financial goals.

Remember, achieving financial independence is not just about the numbers, but about creating a balanced and fulfilling life that aligns with your values and priorities.

5 Steps to Changing Any Beliefs

Today we will be discussing the five steps you need to follow in order to change your beliefs and ultimately, your lives.

How to change your beliefs

I have taught on the three steps to manifesting and how the second – and most important- step is truly believing in your manifestation. A famous quote by Henry Ford that has stuck with me since I began my entrepreneurial journey said ‘If you believe you can then you can and if you believe you can’t then you can’t ‘ and it was with this that I realized that the beliefs we have as humans are very important; As it says in the Bible, ask for something and if you believe it will be given to you, and in the Quran, I am to my servant as he expects me to be meaning when you believe something then definitely it will be true for you.

Now that we have discussed the importance of beliefs, how do we identify and change these beliefs? As I began to look at my manifestation journey and the work that I do, I have realized that we create a new reality by generating and adapting new beliefs. I was speaking to the members of my mastermind during the question & answer session today and I told one of them that if she can believe in her heart that she can earn a hundred thousand then that is the amount she will start to earn in her bank account; the amount of time this would take is not the problem because in truth you have the ability to collapse time as long as you have the deep conviction to do so. If you have true belief in your manifestation, then that will be the reality that will show up for you.

Five Steps To Changing One’s Beliefs

These are methods that I personally have used at various points in my life, especially whenever I think I am not succeeding at something or something is not going well for example, I realized that even though I had a good relationship with money, my relationship with time was lacking so to improve that I needed to make some changes to the current beliefs I have concerning time.

1. Identify the areas you would like to work on.

If you do not focus on the specific section of your life that you need to change, you end up creating beliefs on various random parts instead. Now how do you get to these core beliefs? Identify the center of the particular area you want to work on and the more focused you are on that specific, the more you allow your mind to focus on beliefs about it. Using money as our area of focus, if you currently make a hundred thousand a month then there is nothing stopping you from making that same amount daily; the universe does not see the numbers when we are dealing with money but rather the changes in our energies regarding money.

2. Write down all your beliefs about this area.

One thing that has helped me on multiple occasions regarding this is whenever I get new ideas, I set a timer for five minutes and write down as much as I can without lifting my pen for this period of time. When you do this you find out that your logical mind, for the first few minutes, has empowering views of money before your subconscious mind begins to think about all the reasons making money would be a difficult task. By the time the timer goes off, you will realize that your conscious mind has given you amazing money beliefs for your new reality.

3. Read through the beliefs you have written.

When you look through the beliefs you have written during those five minutes, you will realize that you should be able to identify about two to five core beliefs that summarize all your other beliefs. This helps you analyze how your mind works and what core beliefs rule your subconscious mind and is creating your reality that your conscious mind is not aware of.

4. Create the opposite of the core beliefs you already have.

These will be your new set of beliefs. If one of your core beliefs is there is not enough time in the day to make the amount of money you would like to make daily, then your new core belief should be that you need a new system that would allow you to make this type of income in that short period. So you do not need to work ten times harder, you just have to find a different way of working to achieve your aforementioned goal.

The amount I make working shorter hours now with ease is almost ten times more than the amount I made working longer hours when I was a lawyer because I had not created the system that worked best for me yet; My conviction was that I could not only do this but do it differently and it was with this that I was able to create the reality I am living today; If the core beliefs you currently have are not working then try the opposite of these beliefs till you reach a system that works better and easier for you. Before you can create a new reality you need to have the belief to back it up.

5. Embody your new beliefs and make them part of your energy system.

This step is the hardest part. There are several modalities like EFT, energy healings, energy clearing, NLP techniques etcetera; generally, I believe any manifesting technique is about reprogramming your new beliefs and creating a new reality from the new sets of beliefs that you have. In order to embody these new beliefs in your energy field and make your convictions, I would recommend doing your personal research using books, mediations, teachings etcetera.

My favorite one is energy clearing and in my masterminds, I teach about using this method to help connect you to life as well as take out the energy in your old beliefs and put them into new beliefs; energy clearing is repeating this clearing continuously over the next few weeks until these new beliefs get embodied into your energy field. This causes you to start thinking differently from a new portal belief system rather than the old one and in turn, is why we get quicker results because the faster you instill a new belief, the faster your new reality begins to show up in your physical world.

Conclusion

Focus on yourself and your beliefs; The quicker you can change your beliefs, the quicker you will be able to create a new reality for yourself. Find new techniques and modalities that can help you identify and instill new beliefs in yourself. Change your beliefs and create a new reality for yourself to make your manifestations a part of your physical world.

Move On and Let Go For Abundance

A quote I heard once said ‘There are things that we never want to let go of and people we never want to leave behind but keep in mind that letting go is not the end of the world but the beginning of a new life” and this caused an energy shift in my life because I recently had to let go of a very close relative of mine and even though it was a difficult decision to make, I have found that this decision has bettered me as a person. The reason I had to let go of this relative of mine was that we were no longer on the same mental plane and even though I still love and respect her, our conversations were beginning to feel toxic to me; actively making the painful decision to pull back and let her go ended up restoring the positive energy that had been missing in my life.

When is it time to let go?

1. When someone’s negativity is rubbing off on you:  No matter how optimistic you are, being surrounded by toxic people can cause their negativity to rub off on you. You are the average of the people you spend time with so to reach your full potential, you need to be surrounded by positive people.

2. When you have grown apart from someone: I have some childhood friends who I had to let go of because our ideas of life were no longer the same, while I am more ambitious and business-minded now most of them are content with their nine-to-five jobs and where they currently are in life. So even though I still love them and wish them well, we are no longer on the same wavelength and no longer share the same core values.

3. When you are unhappy with your circumstances: Sometimes it is good to persevere and keep moving forward even though your situation seems difficult. Other times it is better to cut your losses and move on before things get even more difficult than they already are. Sometime in 2011, I set up a business with my cousin which I ended up having to let go of about two years later due to a lack of clients; even though we had gotten all the accreditations and I had invested so much money, time and energy into this business it ended up not being fruitful. There will be times that you invest in something, in this case a business, and the universe just does not want you to move in that direction but as long as you have faith that things are happening for you and not to you and that universal energy would never give up on you, you will achieve the life you have desired for yourself.

4. When your goals change: When I decided to start a family, I chose to leave my goal of being a lawyer behind and to instead raise my children myself as a stay home mom. After my separation, I became the breadwinner and had to get back to work again to provide for my family; however I did not go back to law even though I had worked so hard to get that degree. My goals in life had changed and I had to let go of my identity as a lawyer in order to pursue all the other goals I have for my life; you have to let go of your old goals and move on to this newer, higher version of yourself who has new goals that are positive for your manifestation journey. If you are in a profession and a higher self is calling towards a different goal, then divine energy is pointing you to the next challenge of achieving the life you manifested for yourself.

5. When fear is holding you back: Part of letting go and moving on is facing the disappointments and mistakes of your past. I have been divorced for about six years now and a question I am always asked is why I have not moved on to another relationship after all this time; at first, I used my children and work as my excuse but I soon realized that I was letting my fear of having another narcissistic abusive partner hold me back from moving forward with a new partner. Whether it is a business or a partnership, you cannot let the bad experiences you have had in the past deter you from reaching your full potential and manifesting the dreams you have for your life.

6. When you are still living in your past: Sometimes we allow ourselves to develop these unrealistic expectations of ourselves, family members, friends, businesses, relationships, etcetera, and when these expectations are not met, we complain about what could have been and how we could have changed our past situations. If you do not allow yourself to let go of the sadness and pain from your past, you will never be able to move forward in your manifestation journey.

7. When you are holding grudges: Old grudges are only capable of hurting you if you allow them to. A grudge I remember having to let go of was one I had been holding against my brother and my sister-in-law; my brother had refused to let me move out of the house until I got married while his wife made it very difficult for me while I lived there and even though I love my brother so much right now our relationship was very different. I had not lived in their house since 2005 but I let myself carry that negative energy for years and was allowing this past event to stop me from moving forward and achieving the life of success that I was manifesting for myself.

8. When you are only seeing the pain from an experience and not the lesson: Everything that happens in your life happens for a reason and if you only allow yourself to see the pain an event has caused you, you will not be able to learn any lessons from these situations. You have to learn to not just let go of the pain of your past but to also let go of the self-made expectations you could not meet and forgive yourself for the mistakes you have made. Let the pain go and embrace the lessons you learned from the experience instead.

Focus on the lesson, not the pain

During a recent visit to Pakistan, I was introduced to some relatives I had never met before and while I interacted with them I realized that even after being gone for 17 years, all these people still behaved the same way they did in the past. This was the universe showing me that even though I walk around trying my best to ignore it, most people behave badly and whether I believe it or not there will always be people whose energies are not good for me; this was a hard lesson for me to learn especially because it meant letting go of some people who were really close to me but unfortunately fit this description. Life has taught me that I cannot have blind faith in everyone and this lesson has saved me a lot of heartache for the future.

Tips on how to let go

1. Accept what happened and show gratitude for it: There is always some element of good that comes from a situation, no matter how bad the situation might have been. Bob Proctor once said ‘Whatever happens to you, there are equal amounts of good and bad’ meaning on your manifestation journey things are always balanced, if something good happens to you it is likely that something bad could happen to you as well. Accept reality as it is and show gratitude to the universe for the truth that you have now been made aware of.

2. Build some distance between the people you need to let go of: You need to build some distance between yourself and the people with negative energy in your life. There are people, for example family members or work colleagues, that you cannot completely avoid talking to completely so you can instead cut ties with them. Put some physical distance between you and them as well as energetic distance in order for you to recreate your relationship from a new angle.

3. Focus on what can be changed: In my case, I have been using Facebook as my primary platform for growing my business but now I am looking at other platforms which could help me expand better. You need to realise that when one door closes, the universe is always there opening other doors for you; let go of the closed door and focus on what can make your situation better and move you forward on your manifestation journey.

4. Be in control of your life: To truly let go, you need to claim ownership of your life. Do not let yourself live by other people’s views and standards, instead take responsibility for the events that are occurring in your life whether they are good or bad; I had to learn that if I could manifest the hurtful events I went through for myself then I could manifest wealth and prosperity into my life as well so I took personal responsibility for the bad of my past and refused to allow it define who I am today. Take personal responsibility for the events you are experiencing and make changes that will benefit your journey to wealth and elevate your positive vibration.

5. Be focused: Pay attention to the thoughts, words, and actions you are making and have positive conversations with your inner self to avoid manifesting negativity into your life. Everything that is showing up in your physical world externally is a direct reflection of what is happening in your inner world so take responsibility for the conversations you have with your inner self and focus on the positives to reap positive results.

6. Let go: Stop allowing yourself to associate with the people who radiate negative energy in your life, no matter who they are. Spend the limited time we have on earth with the people who spread positivity and make you feel good about yourself, not belittle you or make you feel like everything is wrong. If someone does not value who you are then you should not be spending the majority of your time with them.

Conclusion

Identify those people you need to let go of for you to move on and be happy with your life. Allow yourself to live in today, not in your past or in what your future will be because today is the moment that truly matters; your current life is the only thing that you can truly change so make sure to spend today thinking and manifesting positivity for your future self to enjoy tomorrow.

Poverty comes from the devil

Today we are going to be discussing how prosperity is God’s desire for our life not poverty.

Spirituality and Money

My mother was a very pious woman but she had very limiting beliefs about money, she blamed money for most things and did not trust money at all. She always believed that everything in life comes from God and the only way one would be able to make large amounts of money would be through dubious means, which was something she and my father had big issues about because he was very wealthy and she was convinced he could not have been making it the right way. She was stuck in a lack and scarcity mindset hence the idea of all that wealth made it seem untrustworthy to her and unfortunately this was a mindset that was passed on to me. I found out later in life that my father’s business was actually quite lucrative and he was just doing the right thing at the right time. He had come into his divine prosperity but my mother did not understand that which was why she kept accusing him of having money through dubious means.

My mother’s ideology taught me that God loves poor people and that poverty is God’s way of testing you which was quite confusing to me growing up. Sadly, as I grew older and did my own research through other religious texts, I realised that this is a similar ideology that has been continuously pushed by various religions. Like my father I have always been goal oriented and had a progressive mindset, my mother on the other hand was very meticulous and calculating. She worked hard and prayed that God would give her enough wealth for her basic needs, no more; and if perchance she did get more than her needs required she always found a way to give that extra away. Even when she passed she made sure that her bank account had the exact amount of money we would need for all her funeral expenses because she did not want her children to have to support her financially in that regard.

From this experience with my mum as well as my interactions with other pious people, I have come to realise the more spiritual a person is, the less they feel the need to have money so they look for ways to limit their needs and push money away from their lives. I have worked with a lot of spiritual leaders and although most of them want to be prosperous in life, they seem to share my mother’s mindset as well; I inherited this unfortunate way of thinking which was why I became pious and religious just like my mother was when she passed away. So although I was trying to manifest an ambitious and wealthy life for myself, I struggled because I had such a limited mindset about money.

God does not hate the rich

God does not want you to be poor. We have somehow been told again and again that poverty comes from God and that any form of poverty that you are experiencing is part of life’s test for you. I believe that is completely false.
Life is a gift and should be treated as such; the trials and celebrations that you go through are just there to help you reach your full potential. The devil continuously places all sorts of challenges on the path of our life’s journey but the only reason God allows us to go through these things is so we can grow and be pushed to our limits till we skyrocket into our next level. Someone once said to me that any illness and poverty you are experiencing did not come from God but always comes to you from the enemy. In both Christianity and Islam, the devil who is our enemy has clearly stated that his main goal is to misguide God’s people and make them ungrateful for the life they have been given and his response to the devil was that those who were true believers will not be found ungrateful.

Why are you having more challenges the more spiritual you are?

Firstly, we believe that we deserve to be undergoing these challenging times because we do not want to be wealthy and this way of thinking unfortunately is ancestral programming that has been ingrained in our minds since birth.
Secondly, these challenges are given to us because we are being tested, not by God but by the devil who wants to see us complain and be miserable with our lives. Because most people do not understand this they are actively bending to these tests, their first reaction being to complain and feel sorry for themselves and this is how they end up failing the test before them.

God’s will is not for you to have challenges however everything that happens to you happens with God’s permission. Divine energy can see how the challenge you are facing is going to help move you toward your full potential and it allows you to face these challenges to unlock these hidden gifts within you that you would not have been able to see while you are comfortable and content with your current life. I have had to deal with many painful, hurtful issues and challenges in life but each of these circumstances has helped me grow and become who I am today. I know they were brought into my life with the permission of God, not as a punishment or an attack from divine energy but because they love you and they want you to do well and grow as a person.

Overcoming your challenges

God knows that you need to be challenged in order to leave your comfort zone and move to greater levels in life which is why divine energy allows you to be challenged by your enemy, the devil. God loves you and would never want you to go through pain however they want to see you push through them and provide support when you need it and as long as you continue to put your faith in a higher entity they will surely believe in you and bring you out of the challenge you are facing. You will only achieve your goal by having faith in divine energy and choosing to overcome these challenges and tests before you instead of letting them fill you with negative energy.

All the gifts you currently have in life, all the successes you have achieved and generally, every good thing that has come your way has done so due to one challenge or the other that you overcame in order to develop your character and reap your success. And the more faith and belief you have that divine energy will help you overcome your challenges, the more likely it is you will achieve your goals and come out victorious.

Stay strong in faith

The devil’s main aim is to provide challenges for you to fail and if you allow yourself to be weak in faith during this period, the devil will whisper all sorts of lies into your ear to dissuade you from the life you have manifested for yourself. You are a strong spiritual being and the only way the devil and negative energy can influence your life is through your mind; God gave us all free will under our own control while they control everything else that happens in your physical space.

The devil throws all sorts of trouble your way just so you can doubt divine energy and the support they continuously give you. He wants you to believe all these lies he is telling you and become ungrateful for everything divine energy has done for you so far; but if God will come through for you in one area of your life why would they be praised in another area? Divine energy is good at all times and any test you have to face, no matter how big, happens with the permission of God. It is your responsibility to deal with whatever trials the devil throws your way and hold on to faith that divine energy would always make a way for you.

In Islam, people say that whether you have money or not you will be tested in life; money only brings out the character that is already inside you so no matter the amount of wealth you have if you are listening to the devil you will never understand the concept of having faith and you could do certain things which could end up destroying you.

Conclusion

Hold on to your faith and your dreams. Remember that if you are going through a challenge it was orchestrated by the devil, not by God, but God has given permission for that challenge to happen so that you can have faith and overcome the problems you are facing. And no matter how long this might take, as long as you consistently hold on to faith in divine energy and the plans that they have for you, you will be able to overcome whatever challenge the devil would have for you. Be patient and trust the process, things will unfold in their own time.

No matter what you believe in you need to understand that there is a higher entity out there that loves and supports you and similarly there is a dark, evil entity whose aim is to watch you fail in life and every time you have a challenge, the devil is expecting you to lose faith and be ungrateful to divine energy but you must choose to be patient and hold firmly unto faith instead. Having money does not make you bad, do not let the devil trick you into wanting a life of poverty! God does not want you to be poor and they will not love you more if you are poor contrary to what we have been made to believe. Divine energy wants us to be prosperous in all areas of our life and it is your responsibility to achieve this prosperity for yourself. Take action and believe that God wants good to happen to you!

Value yourself first before you become wealthy

Today we are going to be discussing why you need to value yourself first before you start to see your wealth.
During a recent session with my mastermind, we discussed the financial trauma of our pasts and how important it is for us to forgive ourselves for them and allow ourselves to move forward from said trauma. It was during this session that I realised how much pain and anger we as individuals hold against ourselves and how we set unrealistic standards for ourselves then get upset at ourselves for not meeting these standards.

Do you value yourself?

Generally, most of us do not see any reason to place value on ourselves and this is a terrible mentality to have when you are aiming to be wealthy. We never appreciate who we are and the unfortunate thing about this is if you do not have any value for yourself as a person then there will always be something missing in your life. No matter how much money you have, how many awards you receive, how many successful businesses you own, or whether you have a thriving family life, if you do not allow yourself to appreciate where you are now and what you are accomplishing then you will never truly be wealthy.

What is wealth?

Wealth is not determined by the amount of money you have in your bank account. Of course, I believe money should be one of your best friends; I am not going to be metaphysical and say ‘happiness is your wealth’ because having money is important, but truthfully there are many people who have a lot of wealth in their bank accounts and yet are still poor. To be truly wealthy, you have to have abundance in all areas of your life – your relationships, your health, your happiness, your mental health and of course your bank accounts. The true extent of your wealth does not stop at just making money so you cannot let money be your only focus in life; you cannot allow amassing money to be the source of your happiness. This realisation that there is more to wealth is what has allowed me to recognize the importance of appreciating who you are no matter the phase you are going through in your life.

You are valuable

During one of my workshops, I spoke on the difference between self-esteem and self-worth and I believe that self-esteem is something you continuously work on and strive to achieve while self-worth is independent of all your achievements, you need to make a conscious effort to accept that you are valuable just the way you are, no matter where you are in life. A pastor I listened to once explained that no matter what you have done or how much of a sinner you believe you are, God does not see you that way. Divine energy does not look down on you because you have sinned nor does Universal energy look down on you because you believe you have not lived up to your own expectations, no matter what the situation may be they are always supporting you and will always be there to guide you on the right path. Someone once told me that the universe is always trying to lead the right way no matter the wrong paths you have taken in the past, just like our satellite navigation system for example and how, when you take a wrong turn, she is always ready to readjust her directions and guide you back on your right path without looking down on you and criticising you for your mistake.
Similarly, Universal energy does not condemn you for the mistakes or wrong turns you have made in life and is always ready to put you back on the right track. There is nothing you can achieve that will make God or Universal energy love you more and there is nothing you can do that will make them hate you or dislike you either however that does not change karmic debt and the laws of sowing and reaping so if you are committing crimes or if you are attracting low vibrational energy then what you give is what you get back in return, that is universal and is the consequence of your own actions, not God punishing you.
As a child, my mother used to say that God loves us more than seventy mothers meaning God loves you seventy times more than your mother who already loves you more than anyone else in the world. This confused me because I remember thinking ‘If God loves me why does He punish me when I make a mistake? Why would God not forgive me when my mother can forgive me when I do something wrong?’ but now I have come to understand that there is a cause and effect for everything. God is not punishing you for doing wrong; rather, according to universal law, your actions and wrongdoings from the past are what come back and cause problems for you in the future. So in truth, you are punishing yourself later with your wrongdoings now.

Appreciate who you are

As human beings, criticising ourselves always comes so easily to us. Sometimes, even when we are doing things right we find reasons to look at the things we could have done better and criticise ourselves for them. You realise that you are constantly holding yourself to these ridiculously high expectations; asking yourself why you did not give a better presentation, whether you could have controlled your temper more, if you made all the right statements or wishing you were a better parent to your kids and this constant search for imperfections only makes you look down on yourself and see yourself negatively. Self-improvement is good, you should constantly strive to improve yourself and to remain in happiness and joy, not anger and frustration but you must also accept that you are a work in progress; if you were meant to be perfect, God would have made you that way.
We all have our individuality and our various quirks, our good, our bad, and our ugly’s but all these things are part of what makes us who we are now. The problem with the majority of us is we constantly look for our imperfections and shortcomings when really we need to accept that we are having a physical experience in a physical body and therefore will always have one shortcoming or the other. We are always going to make mistakes but what is most important is that we learn from these mistakes and not have unrealistic expectations of who we need to be or where we should be heading because these kinds of expectations are what hold us back from adequately loving ourselves and properly appreciating who we are as individuals.
This morning I woke up and I felt like I looked beautiful. My abusive ex-husband was a textbook narcissist and being married to him was the worst seven years of my life so it took me a long time to get where I am today but this morning, I looked in the mirror and told myself that I was beautiful and that I was gorgeous. And these were not affirmations, this was me appreciating my physical body for where she is now. Of course there are still things I would like to achieve, I still want to be a smaller size and I would still like to be healthier but overall I appreciated myself and I gave her all the love and compassion that I hardly ever showed her in the past. I found that I was always looking at my body when I was uncomfortable and it was in these uncomfortable moments that I focused on the negatives and found one imperfection or another with myself but now, especially recently, I tell myself how beautiful I am and I allow myself focus on the positive parts and the things I love about my physical body. I appreciate things about myself that I genuinely and truthfully love and refuse to let these negative imperfections make me feel less than who I am. I will always strive to improve and be a better version of myself but that does not change the fact that I am perfect just the way I am. There are so many things we can improve on in life and these things are ongoing but when you look in the mirror I want you to see yourself physically, emotionally, and spiritually, and be proud of who you are, no matter your emotional scars. When I look in the mirror I allow myself to see this strong independent woman and I love her and where she is now no matter what I have been through or the emotional scars that I have, I am extremely proud of myself and that’s how you need to be with yourself as well.
Nobody knows your story and no one knows what you have been through to get to this point except you so it is your responsibility to be your own best friend. The only relationship you know is going to be with you forever is the one you have with yourself; when we die, our physical bodies will remain in this dimension and only our spirits will cross over to the next one so you need to stop being so hard on yourself and criticising yourself. You need to stop beating your body up and instead, look at yourself in the mirror and show your body more love and gratitude.

Conclusion

Appreciate yourself for getting up every time you fell and for all the hardships you have overcome to get to where you are now and once you start recognizing that you are a miracle and you begin to recognize your higher self constantly telling you how amazing you are, you are going to see your life transform and you are going to start to appreciate yourself for the things you are currently taking for granted. You are amazing and you deserve all the miracles, abundance, and happiness heading your way and if you do not allow yourself to feel like you deserve everything that the universe has to offer then you will self-sabotage, in one form of your wealth or the other. Strive to be a better person than you were yesterday, to help more people today than you did yesterday, to control your emotions better than you did yesterday, and as always, continue to improve yourself daily. Build a better relationship with yourself and watch how having a healthy, happy relationship with yourself would raise your vibration and steer abundance and wealth in your direction.

Embracing Your Ugly to Make Money

Today we are going to be discussing how to successfully embrace your ugly in order to key into your wealth and, as usual, I am going to share a recent personal experience with you to help explain my point.
Making money for yourself is a journey and on this journey of becoming abundant and wealthy, it is important for you to understand that you cannot let things from your past make you feel bad about yourself or make you feel less than who you are.

What is your ugly?

Your ugly, in this case, has nothing to do with your physical features or the imperfections you believe you see in your mirror every day but are in fact those experiences and moments of embarrassment that you feel you can never get away from no matter how hard you try.

Personally, I have had to deal with a lot of ugly moments in my life and as a British-born Pakistani woman, there has always been some stigma attached to these moments from my community. I have been divorced twice and in both marriages, I dealt with some form of abuse – physical abuse from my first husband and verbal, emotional, and financial abuse from my second one who eventually left me with the most trauma, emotionally and energetically; One of the things he said to me towards the end, after I had caught him cheating and he had confessed to various other awful things he had done, was that no one would say anything to him even after what he had done to me and all fingers would eventually end up pointing in my direction since I was the one who had been divorced before.
And unfortunately, he was right. People from our community would not care about the reason behind it or if there was something harmful about the relationship, they would just think ‘She has been divorced twice? She must have a bad character or she is rude or she cannot keep a husband’ and in the end, the vast majority would blame me. But even though I knew there was truth in his statement and that it was about to be my new reality, I embraced the ugly of both divorces publicly and now I can proudly say that I am a completely empowered woman, a seven-figure earner with multiple businesses and a proud mother despite it all. And yet there are still times when people, especially people of Pakistani or Indian origin, have judged me and expressed how they believe something is wrong with me.

Recently, I went to the Pakistani embassy to get an ID card since I have never needed one until now and although I had all my other documents with me there; I did not have any of my marriage or divorce certificates as I did not think it was something that I would need to portray my origin. Unfortunately, I soon realised that it was necessary information as this person began to loudly ask several questions about my personal life in the middle of the embassy ‘Are you married or single?’ he began, I replied I was currently divorced ‘Do you have your marriage and divorce certificates with you?’ I replied I didn’t have a marriage certificate but I had a divorce certificate for the first one which he did not seem to understand so I explained to him that I had been divorced twice. I saw the judgmental look of astonishment on his face and the way his jaw dropped in reaction as he asked questions about my kids and where they were from and proceeded to send me on a wild goose chase to produce various additional documents, all the while trying to make me feel bad in the process. He deliberately went out of his way to announce very loudly, in the presence of my daughter, how I had been divorced twice, had had two husbands, and had a child from each of the marriages to the entire room just so he could make me feel small and demean me in their eyes. And even after all this, he still refused to give me my card until I came back with my brother to support me, even though I had all the necessary documents for it in my possession which I found completely foolish.

Now although I have pretty thick skin and I didn’t really let his words get to me, my daughter was quite upset by them and so I found myself being reminded of my second husband’s words and how this man at the embassy had been so quick to judge me without even knowing anything about the circumstances that warranted the divorces. But what I realised from this experience was that I could either choose anger and hold a grudge against this person who means absolutely nothing to me or I could choose not to let the words of this person who acted terribly to me dwell in my heart, forgive him and send him love and blessings instead because in the end I did not need to have all that negative energy while I went through the ID card process all over again. The moment I forgave him and cut chords from him, I found myself showing compassion and seeing things from his point of view, even though he had treated me badly. Do I think that he should behave like that with any other woman? Absolutely not. However, I realised that holding on to animosity added no benefit to my life, added no success to my life nor would it help elevate my vibration in any way especially because, looking back at it, no matter how many anti-Islam acts my ex-husband partook in and no matter how much I did everything right as a good Muslim wife and mother, I was still ridiculed, shamed and expected to feel bad about myself over my ugly moments.

Accepting your ugly

At some point, when I had allowed myself to feel really sad about all he did to me and about people’s reactions to my situation, I began to ask devices energy why they would bring someone like him into my life in the first place. If the Quran says good women for good men and bad women for bad men, then how did I end up being married to someone like him? How could a man like him be my destiny? And as I always say whenever you are having some sort of dilemma, the best course of action is to find an outlet that allows you to work out these emotions and alleviate yourself so I prayed to devices energy; to ask them why these things happened the way they did and to centre myself through prayer.

It was during this moment of prayer that I realised two things. Firstly, how I allowed myself to feel was a choice, I could either choose to feel humiliated and upset about what happened or I could choose to let it go. And Secondly, I had to believe that everything that happens in my life happens for me not to me, so I could choose to be a victim or I could choose to be empowered that this was just a lesson or a test for the progression of my life’s plan. The traumatic moments I had to deal with were part of the process I had to go through for me to grow into the person I have become today. It was during this period of prayer that I finally received this awareness and I soon felt calm and grateful again, no longer feeling the need to question what devices energy had planned for my life.
The moment you begin to feel that energy of gratitude and love towards devices energy, you have elevated your vibration and when you find out that you are on that raised vibration, you realise that abundance and everything else on that positive vibration would begin to come your way. The moment you come into alignment with positive energy, gratitude, and love that is the signal you are sending out to the universe, and surely that is eventually what would be sent back to you.

Embracing your ugly

It is important to not only understand, but to embrace what has happened to you in your past. Because I was able to embrace all the ugliness that I went through in the past, I am able to talk about it now without any feelings of shame and embarrassment and most importantly, I was able to get rid of all this negativity coming off this individual, cut costs with him and even have compassion for him and where he is in life. Embracing your ugly allows you to brush off those awful moments in your life and accept them as moments of growth and empowerment for you.
Embrace and own those dark, embarrassing sides of your story and see them as moments that have taught you and led you to be the person you are today and the person you continue to grow into. When I look in the mirror I love who I am despite what I have been through, I admire the woman I see in it for both what she has achieved and how far she has come in her life, and if I love who I am then how can I allow myself be angry at the past which made me who I am today? All those moments which at the time I found shameful and humiliating were just part of my journey to being this person whom I love and am immensely proud of.

When you get to this point where you can be grateful for the good, the bad, and the ugly of your journey, that is truly when you know you are on the right track and that your vibration has been elevated. And the moment you realise that your vibration has been raised, amazing things begin to line themselves up to come into your life.

Conclusion:

Keep your vibration elevated, and the only way you can keep your vibration elevated is by continuously being in a state of gratitude even for the things that you should ordinarily not be grateful for. It is easy to show gratitude when things are going your way in life but it is important to show gratitude when you do not physically see those good results or when the shame of your past is being brought in front of you. Instead of being angry at the person that is trying to make you feel small, cut costs, allow yourself to send them love and blessings instead of animosity, and move on. When this incident at the embassy happened to me, I could have gone back into victim mode and allowed myself to get upset, yet I chose to forgive and move past this individual as well as show gratitude for all the experiences that have made me who I am today. And when you are in that state of gratitude and love, not just towards divine energy but to yourself as well, that is when you begin to open yourself up to abundance in all areas of your life.

Taking a leap of faith

Do you have control issues?

Are you afraid of not knowing, of uncertainty?

If you’re someone who is afraid of change or thinks you are on this journey of life all by yourself so your way is the only way, I have got you covered on this one.

Today I’ll be talking about taking a leap of faith and ways you can do this.

According to JK. Rowling “It is impossible to live without failing at something, unless you live so cautiously that you might as well not have lived at all—in which case, you fail by default”

The saddest part of life is regrets, the “could have, should have, would have” , nothing hurts more like changes we had control over but did nothing about because of fear, you might end up the rest of your life, thinking of how different things might have turned out if only you had tried. I would rather fail than not live or at least try to live, because the regrets always sits with you.

Majority of the time, people regret things that they didn’t do, the chances they didn’t take. You can’t tiptoe your way to the grace, which is why taking a leap of faith is important in our lives.

What does taking a leap of faith mean?

Leaping without knowing where you land, it can definitely be a bit of scary, the fear of not knowing, but it could land you to the positives, quantum leap you to your dream life. The thing about life is, it moves even as we’re afraid of moving or procrastinating, it just never stands for one person.

It’s about knowing who you are, surrendering to all your expectations and trusting that a greater being would look out for you. Without risks, you can’t grow in life, Noone really knows what the future holds, you’re never going to have all the answers yet we continue to move forward

How do you distinguish walking blindly and taking a leap of faith?

Faith has to do with a strong belief in the supernatural, in something above us, something higher than us, it could be God , Brahman, the universe, your intuition and trusting that our interests are protected.

When you have a vision, you take a leap of faith and trust that taking this step could propel you into where you’re destined to be. That something above you will guide you despite your fears. Leap of faith doesn’t eliminate fear in its entirety, it supports and carries you to move despite the fear and the hurdles you might encounter.

There’s always a reward for faith, for entrusting and submitting yourself to the divine energy. Everything that is happening, is happening for you not just to you. You have to trust divine energy, even when you think you’ve failed, when your plans go as you have expected, you have to take something out of it, you don’t come out the same person, you’ve been made into magnificent version of yourself which is going to fulfill your divine purpose, the divine plan.

Everyone has divine purpose that you’re here to fulfill, and in order for you to fulfill that purpose, you have to have certain characteristics or personalities and the things you go through in life, the failures, the ups and downs are all geared to make you the kind of person that you need to be in order for you to fulfill your divine purpose to live your destined life.

See your life as a gift, and everything that is happening to you is preparing you for everything you desire but in order for you to obtain this, you have to go through certain paths. Do it the divine energy’s way.

5 ways to take a leap of faith

1. State your intention clearly;

Have an idea of where you are going and be intentional. Your intentions acts a compass, a beacon of where you want to go. You need to have intentions of what you want placed, it grounds you and sets you on the direction that you’re going. You can’t get what you want unless you know where you’re going to get this.

For me, I knew I wanted to have a business, an online business because I wanted to stay close to my kids. Initially I was working generally as a coach, I realized that as an energy healer, I’m a lot more powerful and instead of focusing on health which I was very good at, I focused on money.

Remember your intentions are not here to box you but rather guide you. So even as it grounds you, it’s flexible enough that you walk in whatever route the divine energy sets you in.

So setting clear intentions are very important, you have to ask yourself;

What exactly do I want to do?

Do I want to build my own business or to work for someone?

How much would I like to earn, monthly or annually?

How much of my time am I willing to commit to this?

It all starts with a clear intent.

2. Consent;

Once you have laid out your intentions, the next step is to surrender to the outcome. You cannot decide where you want to go, in which direction you want to go but how you get there is mostly up to divine energy.

Like how I decided recently that I wanted to have multiple businesses. I already have the coaching, which I love and I have my property business and my trading going for me and I wanted to have another additional business but I wasn’t really sure what direction to go in. So I asked divine energy to show me what other niches I could create for myself and a few have been brought to my attention.

And that was it. I asked divine energy for guidance on how to get here. My intention was to have multiple sources of income and a lot of channels has been made shown to me.

If I can try this, you can do that. All these different opportunities that I got awareness for are simply because of this intention that I set up and surrendered to. So the destination isn’t yours to decide, You just have to have the intention, ” I want to go in this direction”. What exactly is going happen and how you’re going to get there is for divine to show you.

Allow the universe to show you the best path to get your intentions. This is what it means to surrender to the outcome. You need to give yourself the flexibility, open yourself up and to receive your intuitive guidance from divine energy. Letting divine energy guide you is very important.

3. Look for Signs and Synchronicities;

There’s always a sign. When you ask divine energy for help or guidance and you ask for a sign to show you which decision to make, you’ll be given signs. So recently, I asked for a sign that I’m on the right path and that I’m doing is what I should be doing and all of a sudden I started seeing double ones, the time at 11:11 and day at 22|22 and all these double digits on all the time, all the time.

So I’m taking that as a sign that I am doing what I need to be doing. So when you see these signs, you know that you’re on the right path and that your faith is being acknowledged and you are being guided onto the right path. That’s the third way for you to take a leap of faith.

4. There’s no perfect time;

You need to actually understand that you’re never going to be fully ready, your ducks are never going line up. You are never going to have the right opportunity, the right time, the right place at the same time. There is always going to be issues, with your health, or kids or partners, that’s life. It’s never gonna be the right time. So there’s going to come to a point when you just have to take the jump. So you have to jump before you’re ready, there’s nothing as leaping too early, only the fact that maybe you don’t leap at all.

A lot of the times people instead of leaping with faith early, they don’t move at all, they just sit there, procrastinating on the edge of the mountain. The next thing they know, they are turning 80 or 90 and they feel it is too late for them now.

I think of time is the only thing we have scarcity of. You can make everything else, money but the only thing that we have a limited quantity of is time because in this our world, we do have a limited time and we don’t realize how quickly the day become weeks and weeks months then years.

And next thing you know, you are thinking about something you wanted to do five years ago and haven’t even started yet. I remember this happened to me, I started my podcast in June 2020 but I had been yearning and talking about it since 2018. It literally took me two whole years, just talking about it and I never got started. And then COVID happened and during the pandemic, I thought, my god, I have to start now, and we begun. We’ve gone from strength to strength, ever since but it’s amazing that I was stuck there for the longest time because I was procrastinating. So you have to jump before you’re ready.

5. Faith;

The one final way to do this is by trusting and believing, your faith will hold your hand through the darkness. You need to know that divine energy is always there through it all, for every step of the way. There’s a story that comes to mind at this moment and that’s it’s footsteps.

This person looks upon her life and notices that most of the times, there were two sets of footsteps in the sand but for the darkest times in her life, she could only see one set of footsteps and it was really painful so she turns to God and she says “God, that’s so unfair. How could you do this?”

And God was like, what’s wrong? And the answer is well, you know, in the times of my darkness and my darkest hour, you left me alone. There’s only one set of footsteps there so that means I was alone. And God turns around and says to this woman “My child, the reason why they’re only one set of footsteps in those moments is because during those moments of hardships, I carried you” . And that story has always stuck with me, it really resonates with me because that’s kind thing that I would think God would say to me, “Look, that’s when I was carrying you, you didn’t have the energy to walk”

And I know there are many times in my life, where I’ve literally broken down and cried to my God to take over that I have no strength left in me. When I took the decision to divorce, I was taking a leap of faith that divine energy will provide for me, I literally came very close to bankruptcy yet I held onto my faith that divine energy will see me through and guide me, this was back in 2016 and I’m writing this in 2022. So six years ago, I caught my ex husband having an affair and my life changed, I just had this faith in my heart that no matter what happens, God will get me through and I will find a way to provide for my kids and that I’ll make sure I give them the kind of education that I want to.

I took that leap of faith and I have been rewarded. I have to say it was not an easy journey moving forward. If I look back in hindsight, everything that happened created me to be the person I am today and today I have multiple businesses. I am doing phenomenally well, my kids have access to private education and we have the luxury of not worrying about bills.

I’m in a privileged position to be able to do it myself but this only happened because I took the leap of faith and trusted divine energy to show me a way to be able to make enough money to not only look after my kids but provide them with the best life possible and give them the most important thing for ne which is love and attention from their mother by not going out to work and I am doing it on my own terms.

Conclusion

Taking a leap of faith and trusting the divine energy to show you what to do and how to do it will never let you down. That even when you fail, it’s a preparation for the grandeur things that are to come. You will pick yourself up and divine energy will guide you to move to the next level.

Taking a leap of faith is most times, the best thing you can do.
